John Cappetto
I received Jesus after about dying of drug overdose in 1981. I grew up without a Dad and experienced many dangers from which the Lord delivered me. It was not an easy walk out, but the Lord was right there holding my hand while demons and darkness were holding on to me with all their might. I knew I was called to full time ministry as a teenager, but I didn't break free from sin and wrong associations till I was 21 years old. I accepted the call to Pastor in 1987 of the same church my wife and I just turned over to our son in-law and daughter in January of 2023. The things we have learned and grown into have saved our lives, marriage, ministry and family, and we are experiencing the favor of God every day! We are compelled to share God's love with our generation!
Carla Rae Cappetto
I grew up a Methodist home, with amazing parents and a close family. I remember telling my twin sister that when I grew up, I would live right and live for God. But as a teenager and young adult in the 70’s I fell away from that conviction and went thru some challenges in my life. I knew I needed to turn my life over to God, so at age 23 I gave my heart and life to Jesus! A few months later I married John Cappetto, together we Pastored FHC for 36 years, have 2 kids and 5 grandkids. I love being there for my family and I love helping people make it thru life’s challenges. My life “motto” is this: “THE BATTLES YOU FACE TODAY MAY NOT BE YOUR CHOICE, BUT THE OUTCOME IS”!
